All digital download packages as well as any packages purchased with direct shipping are final sales. These items are sent to processing immediately and cannot be cancelled or altered once submitted.

Quick FAQ:

  • Retouching is available by request only. Please send requests to info@funnyfrogphoto.com. Retouching requests must be made before an order is placed. We cannot retouch photos after the order has been sent.

  • Some of our packages now include the ability to choose more than 1 photo for your printed package. Please note that the system is not able to combine photos from multiple galleries into a single package.

  • Our magnets and keychains are now offered as complete printed items. There is no longer any assembly required.

  • Our new digital download package offers much higher resolution than before, however, any photos taken prior to September 2022 may not have been large enough to attain the pixel dimensions listed in the package description.

  • Packages selected for direct shipping are printed and shipped right away. All orders specified to be shipped to the centre are printed and shipped together after the order deadline has elapsed. Once the order deadline has passed shipping orders to the centre will not be possible.
