Please read carefully BEFORE placing your order.

• The Digital Download Add On must be purchased in conjuction with a package at checkout. It cannot be applied to orders already submitted.

• The following types of orders are processed immediately and considered FINAL SALES. They cannot be altered, amended, changed or cancelled once submitted:

  • Orders containing Digital Downloads

  • Orders being shipped directly to the customer

  • Orders made after the order deadline

• Retouching/Editing is available by request only. Please send requests to info@funnyfrogphoto.com. Retouching requests must be made before an order is placed. We cannot edit, retouch or change photos after an order has been sent. Retouching requests may take 48 hours to complete and update. Please keep that in mind with regard to the order deadline for your school or child care centre.

• Some of our packages now include the ability to choose more than 1 photo for your printed package. Please note that the system is not able to combine photos from multiple galleries into a single package.

• Photos taken prior to September 2022 may not be large enough to attain the pixel dimensions listed in the package description for the digital download options.

• Packages selected for direct shipping are printed and shipped right away. All orders specified to be shipped to the centre are printed and shipped together after the order deadline has elapsed. Once the order deadline has passed shipping orders to the centre will not be possible.
